Spinach - 3 Cups loosely packed

Pepper Powder - 1 Tsp
Chilli flakes - As needed
Heavy Cream - 1 Cup

In a baking pan, arrange the fish fillets.

Add pepper powder, salt, and lemon juice. Rub the pieces well to coat uniformly.

Place thyme leaves on top of the fish fillets.

Bake them for 20 minutes at 450°F.

In another wide pan, add olive oil and chopped garlic pieces; sauté for a minute.
