3 tbsps. of Worcestershire Sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 green plantains
2 green bananas (unripened banana fruit)
⅓ of a medium white cabbage, julienne-cut
¼ white onion, julienne-cut
1 tomato, thin slices
½ cup of tomato paste
¼ red/white onion, chopped
½ green pepper, chopped
1 cup of chicken, beef or pig’s leg stock
2 tbsps. cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
