1 1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1 Tbs. yeast
1 1/2 tbs. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 eggs
4 cups of flour

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Put milk and butter in a microwave safe bowl.

Warm the milk and butter in the microwave, mixing until well blended.

Add yeast and let the mixture proof for 10 minutes.

Add salt, sugar, and 1 egg to the mixture and beat together well.

Add flour 1/2 cup at a time until a dough is formed.

Place the dough in a bowl, spray with cooking oil, and let it rise for 30 minutes.

Take the dough out of the bowl and knead it, adding more flour if needed until slightly tacky.

Separate the dough into six portions and roll out three braids.

Braid the rolls together and do the same for the next three portions.

Place the loaves on a cooking sheet and brush with the beaten egg.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
