How to Make Cinnamon-Sugar Pull Apart Bread at Home!

Cinnamon Sugar Pull-Apart Bread
Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl and whisk together.
In a small saucepan, melt down the butter and milk, then remove from heat once melted.
Allow the milk mixture to cool for 5 minutes before adding it to the dry mixture.
Mix the combined mixture for about 1 minute on medium speed until sticky.
Make a well in the dough and add in 2 whisked eggs, mixing until well combined.
Add 3/4 cup of sugar to the dough, mixing gently to avoid a puff of flour.
Transfer the dough to a greased medium-sized bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 30 to 45 minutes until it doubles in size.
Prepare the filling by whisking together 1/2 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg until combined.
After the dough has risen, dump it onto a floured surface and knead slightly to release air.
Roll the dough out to about 1/4 inch thickness on a well-floured surface.
Brush 1/4 cup melted butter over the rolled dough surface.
Sprinkle the filling mixture evenly over the buttered dough.
Cut the dough into 1 to 1.5 inch squares using a pizza cutter.
Stack the squares in piles of 2 or 3 and place them into a greased bread pan, ensuring they are not lined up.
If there are spaces in the pan, flatten out leftover dough to fill gaps.
Sprinkle any remaining cinnamon and sugar mixture on top of the assembled dough in the pan.
Place the bread pan on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
Check for doneness by ensuring it is nice and golden brown and smells good.
