1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 large eggs
1 tbsp ground cinnamon

In a small saucepan, heat the milk and butter over low heat until warm and the butter is melted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm milk mixture, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.

Add the eggs and salt to the yeast mixture and mix well.

Gradually add the flour, one cup at a time, mixing until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
