En un bowl agrega la harina de trigo Robinson Leudante, la fécula de maiz, el azúcar y queso semi salado.

Vamos mezclando y agregamos el huevo y la leche.

Con ayuda de nuestras manos mezclamos hasta obtener una masa compacta y homogénea.

Para el relleno, picamos en cuadritos y freímos el chorizo.

Hacemos bolitas y rellenamos con el chorizo, cerramos bien y freímos a 160 grados hasta dorar.
