Key Lime Bars

Cultural Context

Key lime bars are a popular American dessert, particularly in Florida, where key limes are abundant. These bars offer a delightful balance of tartness and sweetness, making them a refreshing treat. The dessert has evolved from the classic key lime pie, adapting the flavors into a more portable, bar form that is perfect for gatherings and parties.
