Preheat the broiler and broiler pan to high.

Take 1 teaspoon of olive oil and lightly coat each steak.

Season the first side of the steaks heavily with salt and pepper.

Prepare the lobster tails by picking them up from the bottom and using kitchen shears to cut underneath the shell, stopping before going all the way through.

Gently squeeze the lobster tail to crack the bottom and open it up.

Pull the meat out from each side and lay it over the shell.

Melt butter and squeeze fresh lemon into it, then add granulated garlic and white pepper, stirring lightly.

Brush the top of each lobster tail with the butter mixture.

Place the strip steaks and lobster tails in the broiler at the same time, tracking their cooking times.

Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
