Place the sauce mixture in the CVH1 grill on the top rack position to brown for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.

Season the shrimp and steak with salt, black pepper, and lemon zest, mixing with clean hands.

After about 15 minutes, add half a cup of red wine and a little more than half a cup of beef broth to the sauce.

Move the skillet to the bottom rack of the grill and let it simmer.

Put the steak on the bottom rack for about 4 minutes per side.

After cooking the steak for 4 minutes on each side, move it to the top rack for an additional 4 minutes.
