BBQ Tofu

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Pat the tofu dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Gently break the tofu into small pieces.

Place the tofu in a bowl and drizzle with vegetable oil and soy sauce.

Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).

Place the tofu on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes, until crisp and golden.
