Crispy Baked Tofu

1 block (14 oz) extra firm tofu
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup plain white flour

Open the package of extra firm tofu and drain the liquid.

Slice the tofu into cubes to remove more moisture.

Place the sliced tofu on a clean tea towel to press it.

Cover the tofu with the tea towel and squeeze to remove moisture, flipping it over and squeezing again.

Preheat the oven to high heat.

In a large bowl, mix the tofu cubes with a drizzle of olive oil and soy sauce.

Coat half of the tofu cubes with plain white flour for extra crispiness.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and place half of the tofu cubes on it.

Coat the remaining tofu cubes with plain white flour and place them on the tray.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, checking halfway through.
