2 tbsp instant coffee granules
110 g butter
100 g granulated sugar
240 g honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp all spices
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda + 1 tsp vinegar
300 g icing sugar
4-5 tbsp milk

In a saucepan with hot water, add instant coffee granules.

Add the sugar, butter, and honey. Heat until the butter is melted and the sugar is dissolved.

Remove from heat and stir in all the spices.

Leave to cool for 10 minutes.

Add vanilla extract, egg, and baking powder.

Mix baking soda with vinegar and stir into the mixture.

In a bowl with the flour, pour the prepared mixture and mix until smooth dough forms.

Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate overnight.
