300g packet of straight-to-wok egg noodles fresh or amoy
150ml teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Hand full of chopped fresh coriander
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil

Heat 1 tbsp of toasted sesame oil in a wok over a high heat.

Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes, until browned. Set aside.

Add another tbsp of toasted sesame oil to the wok.

Add the stir fry vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes before adding the egg noodles, teriyaki sauce and dash of water.

Return the beef to the wok and stir fry for 1-2 minutes or until piping hot.

Serve with sprinkling of sesame seeds and dress with chopped coriander.
