1 cup uncooked sweet corn
puree of 4 large ripe tomatoes
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Kashmir red chili powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin powder
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
2 cups penne pasta
1 tsp Italian herbs
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp chili flakes
2 cups water

Add 1 tbsp of oil and 4 small cubes of butter to the pressure cooker.

Once the butter melts, add 2 tbsp of finely chopped garlic and sauté.

Add 3 medium sized onions, finely chopped, and maintain medium low flame to avoid browning.

After about 2 minutes, add 1 small green capsicum, 1 small red bell pepper, and 1 cup of uncooked sweet corn to the cooker.

Add the puree of 4 large ripe tomatoes and mix with the vegetables.

Add 1 tsp of salt, 2 tsp of Kashmir red chili powder, 1 tsp of pepper, and 1 tsp of cumin powder, and mix well.

Increase the flame to medium high and cook for 5 minutes until the raw smell is gone.

Add 1/4 cup of tomato ketchup and mix well with the masala mixture.

Add 2 cups of penne pasta and gently mix it in with the masala.

Add 1 tsp of Italian herbs, 1 tsp of oregano, and 1/2 tsp of chili flakes, and give it a nice mix.

Add 2 cups of water and keep the flame on medium high.

Close the pressure cooker, place the weight, and pressure cook for one whistle.

After one whistle, turn off the stove and wait for the pressure to release, about 10 minutes.

Open the cooker and check the pasta, which should be cooked to perfection and juicy.
