1 liter milk
120 grams all purpose flour
30 grams cornflour (cornstarch)
150 grams sugar
1 teaspoon lemon or orange zest or vanilla
15 grams butter
5 glasses (200 ml each)
coconut (for wrapping)
Lotus cookies (for wrapping)

Lotus biscoff spread (optional)
chocolate sauce (optional)
grapes or seasonal fruit (optional)

Put 1 liter of milk in a saucepan.

Add 120 grams of all purpose flour and mix well to dissolve the flour in the milk.

Add 30 grams of cornflour (cornstarch) and 150 grams of sugar, then mix well.

Light the stove and let the cream boil, stirring until it thickens.

When the cream thickens and bubbles on the surface, remove from heat.

Add a teaspoon of lemon or orange zest or vanilla and 15 grams of butter, then mix with a whisk until smooth and airy.

Wet the insides of five 200 ml glasses, then empty the water.

Gradually pour the cream into the glasses, tapping them lightly on the counter to remove air bubbles.

Cover the surface with film to prevent the cream from forming a skin and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

After 2 hours, remove the film with a knife and carefully peel off the cream around the perimeter with a knife.

Wrap the cream in coconut or grated nuts, or dip in melted chocolate if desired.

Cut the cream into three individual pieces and dip them in the coconut or wrap them in grated biscuits.

Use Lotus cookies or any cookies you prefer for wrapping.

Decorate with whipped cream, Lotus biscoff spread, biscuits, chocolate sauce, or seasonal fruits as desired.
