Cut the dough into portions, enough for approximately 10 empanadas.
Place fresh cheese in the center of each portion.
Use a little water to help seal the empanadas.
Press the edges of the empanadas with your fingers or a fork to seal them.
Preheat oil in a pot for frying, testing with a small piece of dough to check if the oil is ready.
Fry the empanadas, basting them with oil to create bubbles on top.
Repeat the frying process until all empanadas are cooked.
