1 pound lamb/beef/chicken/mutton mince
2 onions (fried) or 1 cup
green chili (as needed)
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1.5 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chat masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp chickpeas flour (roasted)
1 tsp chili flakes (or as needed)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 cup coriander leaves
Oil (as required)

In a bowl, combine the minced meat with fried onions, green chili, ginger powder, garam masala, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, chat masala, cumin powder, corn flour, chickpeas flour, chili flakes, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, and chopped coriander leaves.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
