Measure 500 grams of yuca starch into a large bowl.
In a pan, combine 100 milliliters of water, 100 milliliters of whole milk, 100 milliliters of vegetable oil, and 1 tablespoon of salt.
Heat the mixture on medium heat until it starts boiling, then remove it from heat.
Pour the hot mixture over the yuca starch in the bowl.
Mix with a spoon until it forms crumbs, then add 2 large eggs and mix with hands until the dough comes together.
Add 400 grams of mozzarella cheese to the dough and mix well until fully incorporated.
Roll the dough into small balls of consistent size.
Place the balls on a baking sheet without oiling it.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for about 20 minutes, checking to ensure they are slightly toasted but not brown.
