Take the pizza dough out of the box carefully, ensuring to use a lot of flour to prevent sticking.

Cut the dough ball at the right side and place it in a bowl with flour, upside down, then coat it in flour a couple of times.

Make sure the counter is dry before placing the dough on it to avoid sticking.

Stretch the dough by pressing it gently with your hands, aiming for a circle shape, about 1 inch thick.

Flip the dough over and continue to stretch it, feeling the table to control the thickness.

Once the dough is about 10 to 12 inches, place it on the back of your hand and avoid touching it to prevent sticking.

Add one scoop of tomato sauce in the center and spread it gently around the dough.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top, followed by fresh mozzarella.

If the pizza sticks to the counter, use a spatula and sprinkle flour underneath to unstick it.

Pinch the dough to lift it and place it on the peel, ensuring it remains circular.

If the oven is a bit cooler, drizzle olive oil on the pizza to aid cooking before placing it in the oven.
