4 pieces of stale white bread
1 clove garlic
1 tsp red wine vinegar
3 tbsp extra virgin Spanish olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt

Add 1 cup of cold water to a bowl with 4 pieces of stale white bread and let it soak for about 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, drain the water from the blanched almonds and add them to a tall plastic cylinder.

Add the soaked bread, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tsp of red wine vinegar, 3 tbsp of extra virgin Spanish olive oil, 1/2 tsp of sea salt, and 1/2 cup of cold water to the cylinder.

Blend all the ingredients together using a handheld mixer for about 3 minutes.

Wrap the blended mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

After 2 hours, remove the plastic wrap and mix the soup again.

Pour the mixture into a shallow bowl.

Top the soup with halved peeled grapes and drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil on top.
