Smoked Queso Dip

8 ounces cream cheese
cubed pepper jack cheese
smoked gouda cheese
cheddar cheese
1 diced jalapeno
1 can Rotel (fire roasted tomatoes and chilies)
1/2 tablespoon West Coast shake seasoning
leftover Poor Man's burnt ends (protein)

Preheat Ninja Woodfire Oven to 300 degrees.

In an 8x8 Pyrex dish, add 8 ounces of Velveeta cheese.

Add 8 ounces of cream cheese to the dish.

Cube and add pepper jack cheese, smoked gouda, and cheddar cheese to the dish.

Dice a jalapeno, removing seeds, and add to the dish.

Add a can of Rotel to the mixture.

Sprinkle in about 1/2 tablespoon of West Coast shake seasoning.

Place the dish in the preheated oven and smoke for about 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes until melted and incorporated.
