The BEST Smoked Queso Dip Recipe You've Never Tried Before

Prepare to make smoked queso dip for game day.

Use an aluminum pan to avoid doing dishes.

Add 1 brick of Velveeta cheese to the pan.

Chop and add 1 whole onion to the pan.

Chop and add 1 whole jalapeno to the pan.

Add cooked Jimmy Dean hot sausage to the pan, spreading it out.

Add 1/2 container of cooked bacon to the pan, mixing it in.

Add leftover rib meat to the pan, mixing it with other ingredients.

Add 1 can of Rotel diced tomatoes with Habaneros on top of the mixture, spreading it evenly.

Sprinkle triple cheddar sharp cheese on top of the mixture (not the whole bag).

Add green chili bacon rub to the mixture.

Preheat the smoker to 300°F.

Place the pan in the smoker and cook for 45 minutes.

After 45 minutes, check the temperature and stir the dip.

If needed, cook for an additional 30 minutes.

After about 1 hour and 15-20 minutes, check if the dip is done.

Once the cheese is melted and everything looks good, remove the dip from the smoker.

For presentation, add more jalapenos on top and wrap in foil.

Serve with chips.
