Smoked Queso Dip

Set up the grill for indirect heat at 250 degrees.

Cook 1 pound of ground turkey sausage in a foil pan, seasoning with Smoke Junkie from Spiceology.

Drain the cooked sausage and add it to the foil pan.

Add 32 ounces of Velveeta cheese to the pan.

Add 1 tomato and 1 green bell pepper (or jalapenos if desired) to the pan.

Add 8 ounces of cream cheese and 2 cans of Rotel tomatoes with green chilies to the pan.

Add 4 cloves of minced garlic to the mixture.

Place the foil pan on the grill and cook for 30 minutes without mixing.
