1 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon mastic
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dehydrated rose pepper
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup Egyptian short grain rice
1 cup heavy whipped cream

Add milk to a pan and infuse it with cardamom and cloves.
