2 cups of water
4 cups milk
2 cups of sugar
1.5 cup heavy whipped cream
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tsp coconut
2 teaspoons vanilla

Rinse rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

Combine rice and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
