In a separate pan, sauté chopped onion and garlic until fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
Combine the sautéed onion and garlic with the bean mixture.
Pour in milk and stir until heated through, about 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, garnished with boiled eggs, cheese, and avocado slices.
