Preheat the ebelskiver pan over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
Put a dab of butter inside each well of the pan to coat it.
Fill each well of the pan with pancake batter about 2/3 to 3/4 full.
Tuck fresh blackberries and raspberries into the center of each well, ensuring they are covered by the batter.
Cook until bubbles start to form on the top, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Use bamboo chopsticks to flip each ebelskiver over gently.
Cook the second side for about 1 to 1.5 minutes until golden brown.
