  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. 2In a mixing bowl, combine the sundried tomatoes, green olives, black olives, capers, garlic, parsley, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to create the tapenade.
