Set up a makeshift double boiler with a pot of water, ensuring the bowl does not touch the water.

Add 1 pound of white almond bark and 12 ounces of white chocolate chips to the bowl with coconut oil.

Melt the chocolate mixture over simmering water, stirring occasionally until fully melted.

Save half of the bag of chocolate chips to add later for tempering.

Once melted, remove the bowl from the heat and dry the bottom to avoid water mixing with chocolate.

In a large mixing bowl, add 4 cups of corn Chex mix.

Add 4 cups of rice Chex mix to the same bowl.

Measure and add approximately 4 cups of pretzels to the mix.

Add 4 cups of salted peanuts to the mixture.

Add about 6 ounces of peanut butter M&M's to the bowl.

Add the entire bag of caramel bits (11 ounces) to the mixture.
