Melt 20 grams of butter in a pan.

Add 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour to the melted butter and mix well on low heat.

Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of salt and mix again.

Add 1 teaspoon of garlic paste and mix thoroughly.

Incorporate the mashed potatoes into the mixture and mix well for 1-2 minutes.

Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down.

Once cooled, add 3 tablespoons of corn starch and 20 grams of finely chopped onion.

Add 2 pinches of black pepper and mix well again.

Transfer the mixture into a clean plastic bag for shaping.

Cut a small hole in one corner of the bag to pipe out the mixture.

Pipe the mixture into stick shapes on a plate.

If the sticks are sticking together, dust the plate with all-purpose flour before placing the sticks on it.
