Add 1/3 cup ground flaxseed meal to the food processor.
Add 12 pecan halves to the food processor (eyeball measurement if using chopped pecans).
Add 2 scoops (56 grams) of unflavored protein powder to the food processor.
Pulse the mixture until the pecans are broken down but not necessarily powdery.
Add 1.5 tablespoons of melted coconut oil to the mixture.
Add 2 tablespoons of unsweetened macadamia nut milk to the mixture and process until it starts sticking together.
If the mixture does not stick, add more nut milk until you reach a total of 3 tablespoons.
Add 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes and 2-3 tablespoons of low carb chocolate chips to the mixture and pulse again.
Use a cookie scooper to scoop out the mixture and roll into balls by hand to make them uniform.
Taste test the energy balls and optionally refrigerate them to firm up.
