Heat olive oil over medium low heat.

Add chopped onions and mushrooms; cook until slightly brown.

Add sausage (can use bacon or ham as alternatives) and cook until browned.

Add sliced green pepper.

Add tomato paste sauce; mix well.

If desired, add some pasta water.

Cook spaghetti for one minute less than package instructions.

Mix cooked spaghetti with the sauce until combined.
