Heat the pan and pour in 10 ml of oil.

Add pieces of one onion and sauté until they lose their pinkish color.

Add 6 to 8 shallots and sauté well.

Add 25 g of ginger and 25 g of garlic and sauté and mix well.

Add one green chili and one red chili and sauté well.

Add salt to taste and mix thoroughly.

Add pieces of a tomato and mix well.

Add pieces of 100 g of washed and cut Hausa potatoes and mix well.

Add 100 g of mung beans soaked in water for 3 hours and mix well.

Add a spoon of mixture of spices and mix well.

Add 300 ml of water and mix, then let the mixture cook for 20 minutes in the pressure cooker.

Put some mint leaves on top after cooking and mix.

Take off the pan and serve.
