Prepare dough by mixing flour, salt, and water until smooth.
Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until elastic.

Add lemon juice and season with salt; let the filling cool slightly.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a thin circle.
Place a spoonful of filling on one half of the circle, fold over, and seal the edges.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the samosas on a baking sheet and brush with oil.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
