1/2 tsp dried ginger
1 medium lemon (juiced)
6 medium pears (such as Bosc or Anjou)
6 medium plums (pitted and quartered)

Preheat the oven and add coconut sugar, vegan butter, cinnamon, dried ginger, and a dash of lemon into a cast iron pan.

Place the cast iron pan into the oven and cook until the mixture is nice and golden brown.

Prepare the fruits by cutting the pears into quarters and the plums into slightly smaller pieces.

Arrange the prepared fruits at the bottom of the cast iron pan.

Cook the fruits in the oven until they are nice and golden brown, which will take around 20 to 25 minutes.
