Ingredients
- ●2 cups fresh spinach
- ●1 ripe avocado
- ●1 ripe pear, cored and chopped
- ●1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- ●1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- ●1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- ●1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- ●Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- 1Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly and set aside.
- 2Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
- 3Core and chop the pear, then add it to the blender with the avocado.
- 4Pour in the almond milk and add honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract if using.
- 5Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding ice cubes if desired for a colder smoothie.
- 6Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
- 7Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.

- 4In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinaigrette, salt, and black pepper.
- 5Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
- 6Serve immediately as a refreshing salad.
