1 small tomato finely grated
1 green capsicum finely grated
1 small onion finely grated
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon black pepper
a pinch of nutmeg
1 to 1.5 teaspoons minced garlic
1 kilo lamb cubes

Mix together the grated tomato, capsicum, onion, vinegar, vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, nutmeg, and minced garlic.

Add the lamb cubes to the mixture and coat the meat thoroughly.

Allow the mixture to marinate for at least half an hour.

Drizzle vegetable oil into a cast iron pan and preheat it until smoking hot.

Cook the lamb in batches according to your preference of doneness.
