1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup purple onion, chopped
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1 cup roma tomatoes, diced
1 avocado, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup pickled peppers, chopped
1 can (15 oz) Camellia Black Eyed Peas, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) Camellia black beans, drained and rinsed
