Prepare ingredients: 1.5 cups yogurt, 2 cucumbers, 2 lemons, salt, 2 Tbsp dried peppermint, fresh peppermint, and ice cubes.

Dice the cucumbers into small pieces.

Squeeze the lemon juice.

Put all ingredients into a blender and add 4 cups of water.

Add salt as needed and blend the ingredients together.

Blend the other half of the ingredients and mix them together.

Add a few cubes of ice into a cup and pour the blended dough into the cup.

Garnish with fresh mint.
