Prepare a yeast mixture by combining 225 mL of room temperature milk with 30 grams of sugar and 1.5 teaspoons of instant dry yeast. Mix and let sit.
Sift 300 grams of bread flour into a bowl and add 5 grams of salt. Mix well.
Pour the yeast mixture into the flour and combine until a sticky dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly dusted surface for 3-4 minutes, or use a mixer for about 15 minutes until soft and elastic.
Let the dough rise in a warm environment for about an hour.
Prepare the garlic butter mixture by mixing 2 tablespoons of garlic paste with 50 grams of soft butter, 1 teaspoon of chili flakes, and chopped parsley. Mix until smooth.
Roll out the risen dough on a lightly dusted surface and spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over it.
Layer cheese generously on top of the garlic butter.
Stack the dough layers into a bread mold and let proof for another hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Brush the top of the dough with remaining garlic butter before baking.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until golden and crispy.
