1 tbsp Butter
1 Garlic clove
1 tsp Scotch bonnet
1 tsp Wet jerk seasoning
1/2 Lime
1/4 cup Jerk sauce
1 tbsp Hot sauce
2 tbsp Honey
3/4 cup Chicken stock
Salt to taste
1/3 tsp Dried parsley
2 tbsp Red onion
2 tbsp Sweet pepper
1/2 cup Mozzarella
1/5 tsp Dried Parsley
Fresh parsley to garnish

Prepare the plantains by slicing them in half lengthwise.
