1/4 cup green marinade
1 tsp salt
1 seasoning cube
1/4 cup cooking oil

1

Remove the stems from the Scotch bonnet peppers.

2

If you want to reduce the heat, remove the seeds from the Scotch bonnet peppers.

3

Chop the onion, garlic, ginger, and tomatoes.

4

Add some white pepper and green marinade (a paste of parsley, celery, and leeks) to the blender.

5

In the blender, combine the Scotch bonnet peppers, onion, garlic, ginger, and tomatoes. Blend until smooth.

6

Add the blended mixture to a pot and cook until the water evaporates to enhance the flavor and thicken the sauce.
