2 lbs beef roast
1 cup sour cucumbers, chopped
1 tablespoon English mustard
4 oz smoked bacon, diced
1 oz dry mushrooms, rehydrated
1 teaspoon allspice
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 beef stock cube
1 cup flour
1 cup water
1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Heat a pan over high heat and add butter.

Add finely diced onions and crushed garlic to the pan, cover, and cook until soft.

Slice the beef roast into thin slices, removing the fat first.

Place the slices of beef between parchment paper and pound with a meat mallet to make them thin and tender.

Cut sour cucumbers into quarters.
