Fry tomatoes in a pot until the water comes out.
Add Ruku seasoning and a little salt to the tomatoes.
Use 1.5 pounds of beef, seasoned beforehand, and add to the pot.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the beef and fry without covering the pot.

Add 2 cans of pigeon peas to the pot along with 1 to 2 teaspoons of vanana and half a cup of carapella leaves.
Add garlic powder instead of fresh garlic for flavor.
Cook on low heat until crumbly and well mixed.
Prepare squash by adding it to the pot.
After 1 hour, prepare the dough with 3 cups of flour to make six rotis.
Oil the pot when hot and place the roti in it.
Cook the roti until it swells and bubbles appear, then turn and press it down.
Finish cooking the roti until soft and brown from the pigeon peas.
