  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Mix well.
  3. 3Add the softened butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
  4. 4Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8x8 inch baking pan to form the base.
  5. 5Bake the base in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then remove and let cool.
  6. 6In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. 7Pour the caramel mixture over the cooled base and spread evenly.
  8. 8Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the caramel layer, followed by a drizzle of caramel sauce and a sprinkle of sea salt.
  9. 9Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set, then cut into bite-sized squares.

  • 2 medium carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced

Instructions

  1. 1Rinse the lentils under cold water and set aside.
  2. 2In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
  3. 3Stir in the ground cumin, ground coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. 4Add the rinsed lentils, diced tomatoes (with juice), and vegetable broth to the pot. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 25-30 minutes, or until the lentils are tender.
  6. 6Once cooked, stir in the lemon juice and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  7. 7If you prefer a smoother texture, use an immersion blender to puree part of the soup.
  8. 8Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions until they float to the top, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and basil.
  3. 3In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4Add the cooked gnocchi to the vegetable mixture and pour the dressing over the top.

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. 2Add 1 cup of pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. 3While the pasta is cooking, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a small pan over medium heat.
  4. 4Add 1/2 cup of marinara sauce to the pan and stir in 1/2 tsp of garlic powder and 1/2 tsp of dried basil.
  5. 5Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the sauce in the pan.
  7. 7Toss the pasta in the sauce until well coated.
  8. 8Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. 9Serve the pasta in a bowl and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
