- ●1/4 cup powdered sugar
- ●1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- ●1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- ●1 cup granulated sugar
- ●1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate chips
- ●1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- ●1/4 cup caramel sauce
- ●1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- 1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Mix well.
- 3Add the softened butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
- 4Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8x8 inch baking pan to form the base.
- 5Bake the base in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then remove and let cool.
- 6In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes.
- 7Pour the caramel mixture over the cooled base and spread evenly.
- 8Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the caramel layer, followed by a drizzle of caramel sauce and a sprinkle of sea salt.
- 9Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set, then cut into bite-sized squares.

- ●2 medium carrots, diced
- ●2 celery stalks, diced
- ●1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- ●4 cups vegetable broth
- ●2 tbsp olive oil
- ●1 tsp ground cumin
- ●1 tsp ground coriander
- ●1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/4 tsp black pepper
- ●1 tbsp lemon juice
- ●Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- 1Rinse the lentils under cold water and set aside.
- 2In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
- 3Stir in the ground cumin, ground coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
- 4Add the rinsed lentils, diced tomatoes (with juice), and vegetable broth to the pot. Bring to a boil.
- 5Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 25-30 minutes, or until the lentils are tender.
- 6Once cooked, stir in the lemon juice and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- 7If you prefer a smoother texture, use an immersion blender to puree part of the soup.
- 8Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

- ●1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- ●1/4 cup olive oil
- ●2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ●1 tsp garlic powder
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/4 tsp black pepper
- ●1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
Instructions
- 1Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions until they float to the top, then drain and set aside.
- 2In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and basil.
- 3In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 4Add the cooked gnocchi to the vegetable mixture and pour the dressing over the top.
- 5Gently toss everything together until well combined.
- 6If using, sprinkle the feta cheese over the salad and toss lightly again.
- 7Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- 8Serve cold or at room temperature.

- ●1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ●1/2 tsp garlic powder
- ●1/2 tsp dried basil
- ●Salt to taste
- ●Pepper to taste
- ●1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- 2Add 1 cup of pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- 3While the pasta is cooking, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a small pan over medium heat.
- 4Add 1/2 cup of marinara sauce to the pan and stir in 1/2 tsp of garlic powder and 1/2 tsp of dried basil.
- 5Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the sauce in the pan.
- 7Toss the pasta in the sauce until well coated.
- 8Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 9Serve the pasta in a bowl and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
