Welcome to Katherine's plates, today we're making chicken and noodles in one pot in 30 minutes.

Using rotisserie chicken for convenience, we will also be using egg noodles, specifically dumplings.

Start by dicing an onion and mincing garlic.

In a large deep skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat until sizzling.

Add the diced onion and sauté for about 4-5 minutes until softened and slightly colored.

Add minced garlic and stir for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in 2 cups of chicken broth and ½ cup of heavy whipping cream.

Add one can of cream of mushroom soup and stir to combine.

Raise the heat to high and taste for seasoning, adding salt and black pepper as needed.

Bring the mixture to a boil and then add 12 oz of egg noodles, stirring to ensure they are covered.

Cook the noodles for 10 minutes, stirring frequently, leaving the lid off.
