Pour 1.5 cups of vegetable oil into a large pot.

Add a little bit of salt to the oil.

Add 2 pounds of beef cut into medium to large sizes and cook until golden brown.

Add chopped onions and green bell peppers to the pot.

Add habanero peppers and minced garlic.

Add jumbo cube and mash everything together in a food processor.

Add the onion mixture to the meat and oil in the pot.

Add 2 spoonfuls of tomato paste and cook for at least 20 minutes on low temperature.

Add soaked black-eyed peas (soaked for about 2 hours).

Add 2 pieces of catfish and habanero peppers for heat.

Add 1 cup of peanut butter to the mixture.

Prepare the rice by rinsing it three times and soaking it in water for 1 hour.

After 20 minutes of cooking with the black-eyed peas, add dried and smoked fish (ketchup kitchen).

Add another jumbo cube and a few garlic cloves, mash together, and add to the pot.

Cook for 10-15 minutes before adding the knockers ingredients (lots of garlic, onion, jumbo cubes, chili peppers, and salt).

After an hour of cooking, remove the habanero peppers and the dried fish.

Wait 5 minutes before adding the rice to the pot.

Cover and let cook for 30-40 minutes, flipping the rice after 15 minutes to ensure even cooking.
