1 medium aji amarillo
3 tablespoons garlic sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups rice
2 cups fries
1/4 cup parsley
