1 lb sirloin strips
2 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon spices
1 large red onion
1/4 cup parsley
2 medium tomatoes
1 cup mushrooms
1 tablespoon ginger
1 medium bell pepper
2 tablespoons aji amarillo chilli paste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 cup spring onion
1/2 cup pickled cucumber
2 cups french fries
1 medium sliced onion
2 tablespoons oil

Heat oil in a pan, saute mushrooms till they caramelize and remove them in a bowl.

Finely chop the ginger and thinly slice onion, bell pepper and tomato.

Add it to the pan and saute.

Add soy sauce, aji amarillo chilli paste, cumin powder and cook.

Add mushrooms once the heat is turned off.

Add vinegar and shredded spring onion.
