- β1/4 cup maple syrup
- β1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
- β1/4 cup ground flaxseed

Instructions
- 1In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, maple syrup, ground flaxseed, vanilla extract, and salt.
- 2Mix the ingredients together until well combined.
- 3Fold in the vegan chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- 4Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- 5Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 6Refrigerate the energy balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- 7Once firm, transfer the energy balls to an airtight container.
- 8Store in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
